Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Our company will cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

9. International Returns
